Hello, my name is Hajni (pronounced hi-knee). I am a bespoke celebration and wedding cake maker based in Market Deeping, Peterborough. I serve Stamford, Rutland, Peterborough and the surrounding areas. My mission is to create the most unique celebration and wedding cakes that will give you and your guests an unforgettable visual and taste experience. I love expressing my artistic talent using sugar craft or edible wafer paper. My delicious homemade cakes are filled with silky and light Swiss meringue buttercream and are made in my 5* rated council approved kitchen.
I'm here to help with my creativity and make your life easy by guiding you through a design process where we come up with a unique and bespoke cake design that will beautifully fit in with your wedding or celebration theme. This cake design will also be the gift wrap for a light and not overly sweet dessert that will definitely become a talking point at your occasion.

Without compromising on taste or texture my scrumptious gluten and dairy free cakes can be made to suit any special occasion.
These gluten and dairy free cakes are made with the same method as my standard cakes with substitutes of good quality allergen friendly ingredients. These cakes are layered together with light and silky, dairy free Swiss meringue icing.
